We are seeking an exceptional and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist who is passionate about customer success, adoption, and retention. The ideal candidate will possess sharp analytical capabilities, strong marketing program management expertise, and a customer-centric mindset. This role will focus on conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing programs designed to engage customers throughout the lifecycle driving adoption, product usage, loyalty, and renewals to maximize customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global business leads to define quarterly and annual go-to-market strategies and develop the annual marketing program calendar .
- Design and implement customer marketing programs that drive product adoption, solution usage, loyalty, and retention.
- Provide analytical and creative leadership in developing and executing customer engagement programs.
- Develop and manage project plans and workflows to ensure flawless execution of marketing programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams — including Creative, Communications, and MarTech — to deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Champion specific customer segments , ensuring their needs and experiences are reflected across all marketing initiatives.
- Partner with the communications team to create compelling content and program assets that articulate the product value proposition and use cases.
- Leverage expertise in multi-channel content creation, creative development, interactive media, and MarTech to optimize customer engagement.
- Manage omnichannel campaign execution , tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to enhance future programs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education : MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree in Technology, Marketing, or related field required.Experience : 4–6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–4 years in technology solution marketing program management .Strong understanding of subscription-based software , SaaS , or Cloud solutions (experience with SaaS / Cloud companies preferred).Proven ability to translate customer insights into high-impact, personalized marketing programs.Excellent project management skills , with experience handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset , proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel); knowledge of analytics tools is required.Solid understanding of digital and online marketing practices and tools.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvement.Skills Required
