Role Overview

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Tech & Product team and help shape the next generation of Aerem’s digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a user-first approach, and the ability to work cross-functionally with design, tech, and business teams to build intuitive and scalable products.

This role will directly contribute to the evolution of Aerem’s solar financing and partner platforms , enabling smoother journeys for MSMEs, lenders, and installers.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, responsive web applications using React.Js .
• Build reusable, modular, and scalable React components that form the foundation of a robust design system.
• Create seamless, polished user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience and performance.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage application state effectively across complex data flows.
• Identify, debug, and resolve UI and performance bottlenecks .
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into functional, elegant web interfaces.
• Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem tools and libraries (e.G., React Query, Redux, Zustand).
