Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager. The location for this role is Preet Vihar. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales processes, and developing business plans to expand our franchise network. Daily tasks include communicating with potential franchisees, organizing and conducting sales presentations, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing franchisees to support their growth and success.

Franchise Sales and Franchising skills

Business Planning and Lead Generation skills

Excellent Communication skills

Proven track record in sales and meeting targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in the financial market or education sector is a plus
