Position : Manager / Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts

Experience : 5+ years

Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift timings : 1.30 PM -10.30 PM IST

Your Role as Finance & Accounts Manager :

Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly book closure, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Manage multi-country consolidation, inter-company reconciliations, and financial statements

Coordinate with auditors for timely audit completion

Oversee taxation—direct tax, GST, transfer pricing, and statutory compliance

Drive process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls

Mentor and lead the accounting team

Candidate Profile :

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7 years post-qualification experience

In-depth knowledge of IND-AS, IFRS, GST, direct tax laws, and multi-currency consolidation

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Proven track record handling audits and regulatory compliance
