Dear Candidate,

Our esteemed client in Healthcare domain is looking for a Regional GBS HR Operations Leader.

Location : Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities : Process Transition and Technology Implementation Leadership

  • Partner with the business and HR Function to support the definition of process transformation and technology enablement as well as data requirements, drive planning and execution of enterprise migration to GBS within the Region
  • Lead HR work transitions into the regional GBS locations, working with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners, HR functional teams, and local stakeholders.
  • Oversee readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization.
  • Coordinate process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees.
  • Develop and implement transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecard and escalation frameworks.
  • Participate in change management efforts, supporting communication and training plans at the local

Professional Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnering, Operations or Shared Services leadership roles, demonstrating a strong track record of success and achievement
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing and leading HR teams in large, complex organizations, ideally within a regional or global context and within a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
  • Experience : 15Yrs+
  • Experience in HR Transition of HR processes (Hire to Retire) with implementation : Must
  • In-house HR Transition is must, only consulting role will not work.
  • Doing the transition at Global level is must , preferably for APAC countries
  • Good Team leading experience and HR ops exp will be required.
  • Job Location : Gurgaon interested candidate who are open to relocate
