Job descriptionBachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in Salesforce testing and QA methodologies. Familiarity with the Loan Origination System (LOS) journey from lead to disbursal. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Certification in Salesforce or QA is a plus. Knowledge of test automation, regression testing, performance testing, and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA). Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce LOS Application Tester with comprehensive knowledge of the LOS journey from lead to disbursal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for complete functional testing of the Salesforce LOS application.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional testing from lead generation to loan disbursal.
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand features and functionalities.
- Automate test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
- Conduct performance and stress testing to evaluate application stability.
- Maintain detailed test documentation and reports.
