Internal Sales Advisor – Thane, Maharashtra

At Polymax Group, we manufacture and distribute high-quality gaskets and commercial rubber products. Through strategic acquisitions and steady growth, our operations now span production plants in both India and the UK.

We are now looking for a motivated Internal Sales Advisor to join our team in Thane, Maharashtra.

Commercial negotiations to manage your own purchase and sales orders

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support sales and purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency

Collect and analyse data on competitors, customers, and market trends

Work with marketing teams to create strong digital and trade assets

Track and report performance metrics to identify improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, IT) to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field

Strong numeracy skills

Excellent written and spoken English communication

High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting

Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
