Germany, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and delivering flow control solutions

globally. The India facility, established in December 2017, has been the sole

manufacturing site for the group since July 2020. Their product range includes

innovative valve solutions for various industries.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Specialist with 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service or client coordination, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should be fluent in multiple South Indian languages along with English and Hindi to effectively communicate with clients across regions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Follow up for order status, payments, and post-delivery support.
• Prepare periodic reports on customer interactions, service performance, and feedback.
• Support the sales and marketing team with customer insights and follow-up activities.
