▷ (Only 24h Left) Event Operations Manager

Requirements :

• High passion towards events and activations – physical / digital / Phygital
• Right attitude with ability to work with a highly cross-functional team
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done, systematic in approach, work on the ground with varied categories of people, eagerness to learn the unknown & attempt the unchartered
• Experience in visualising events and translating them to on-ground / digital experiences
• Ethically strong with good moral values
• Ability and experience in managing multiple events parallely
• Around 5-7 years’ experience in managing various kinds of physical, phygital and digital events – large format, activations, musical, conferences etc
• Should have good contacts in the market w.r.t vendors especially
• Experience in liaising with external agencies and various departments at the time of the event
• Should speak, read and write Tamil and English (skills with more languages is a bonus)

Plausible candidate options are from :

• Event management companies of repute, events / operations team members of media / Malls
• Agencies who are into activations, organising music shows
• Crew adept with TV production like reality shows etc
• Production managers of movies (maybe)
