Job description

Job Description :

  • Execute the franchisee growth acquisition strategy for the Company
  • Achieve sales target with respect to signing up Pre-school franchise
  • Be able to connect with HNI (High net worth individuals) audience and pitch our proposition.
  • Achieve regional sales operational objectives by ensuring centres are operationalized within the prescribed time limit as per organisation guidelines
  • Meeting up with the prospect on a daily basis
  • Should be able to generate leads through cold calls and schedule sales call within the prescribed geographical location
  • Will be reporting to the Zone Manager on the activities and their outcomes on a daily basis
  • Ensuring signups are as per profile prescribed by the organisation keeping the brand guidelines in mind
  • Should be knowing the territory / region well through territory mapping
  • Should be able to generate leads through the existing customers with the relationship skills

Requirement

  • Candidate should be passionate about sales and preferably from education industry and had worked with top brands in education
  • Having work experience of more than 5+ years in education / IT / Telecom / Insurance.
  • Should be a graduate / post graduate in any of the streams
  • Must be an achiever throughout his career
