Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore Urban for a Franchise Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include selling franchise unit business, hiring affiliate partners for those units, driving franchise sales, generating leads, and developing franchising strategies to expand the company's network. The role also involves business planning for potential franchisees and training new partners to ensure alignment with company standards and goals. The individual will play a vital role in fostering franchise growth and maintaining strong relationships with franchise owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Sales, Franchising, and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic development
• Strong capabilities in Training and onboarding franchise partners
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse market trends and identify expansion opportunities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in the real estate or franchise industry is a plus
