Job Title : Sales Support Management Coordinator IV (Senior Level)
Job Description
The Sales Support Management Coordinator IV is a senior, non-customer-facing role responsible for providing comprehensive back-office support throughout the end-to-end sales cycle. This role ensures that sales operations run smoothly by maintaining accurate data, supporting reporting needs, coordinating internal processes, and resolving issues that arise during or after the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Data Management
- Capture, enter, and organize customer and sales opportunity information in internal systems.
- Maintain and update sales records, documentation, and opportunity pipeline details.
- Ensure all transactional and aggregated data is accurate, timely, well-organized, and easily accessible.
- Safeguard sensitive customer and sales information as per company policies and legal compliance requirements.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports to track KPIs, sales productivity, and business performance.Compile, research, and analyze data to support decision-making for sales, operations, delivery, and audit teams.Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and operational metrics.Coordination & Communication
Coordinate workflows across internal teams using predefined processes.Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, business partners, and end customers to provide status updates or resolve sales cycle issues.Work with operations teams to optimize, simplify, and standardize the use of customer and sales data.Role Complexity & Leadership
Handle complex assignments requiring strong judgment, initiative, and technical expertise.Work independently with minimal supervision; may create new procedures for tasks without established processes.Provide guidance to junior / non-exempt team members as needed.Develop creative and effective solutions for operational challenges.Qualifications
Education : Two-year university degree OR equivalent relevant experience.Experience : Typically 4–6 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or operations coordination role.Strong understanding of sales operations processes and data management.Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and reporting systems.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Key Skills
