Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to lead and execute result-driven campaigns across platforms. You’ll work closely with creative, content, and client servicing teams to build social-first strategies that elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and deliver on business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present platform-specific social media strategies aligned with client goals.
• Conduct industry, competitor, and trend analysis to inform campaign planning.
• Build monthly social media calendars in collaboration with content and design teams.
• Monitor and optimize performance of campaigns using platform analytics.
• Suggest and implement data-backed content ideas, hashtags, reels, and engagement tactics.
• Guide and review creatives to ensure alignment with brand voice and platform best practices.
• Run social audits, recommend improvements, and prepare strategy decks for new pitches.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging trends.
• Coordinate with paid media team to align organic and paid content strategies.
