About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Associate Account Manager to join our growing Ad Operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign management, client servicing, and performance optimization across major Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) — especially The Trade Desk (TTD) or DV360 .

This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage client relationships, execute campaigns flawlessly, and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary client point of contact , managing day-to-day communication and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital media campaigns across programmatic DSPs (TTD, DV360, etc.) .
• Handle complete campaign lifecycle — from setup, trafficking, and delivery to reporting and insights.
• Ensure alignment between client objectives, media strategy, and performance outcomes.
• Analyze campaign data, create performance reports , and present actionable insights for upscaling campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, media planning, data analytics, and creative) to ensure flawless delivery.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues, pacing, and tracking discrepancies in coordination with the ad ops and tech teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and upselling / cross-selling digital solutions.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through timely communication, analytical support, and strategic recommendations.
