Hiring: HR Executive – HR Operations & Recruitment

Location: Chennai - T-Nagar

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee query management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the US shift and handling complete HR lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing to Offer Rollout)
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
• Handle salary negotiation and offer discussions
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

HR Operations:

• Manage onboarding & documentation process
• Maintain employee records and HR database
• Support payroll inputs and attendance tracking
• Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination

Employee Engagement & Queries:

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
• Address concerns related to HR policies, leave, payroll, etc.
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure smooth communication between management and employees

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
• Good understanding of HR operations & compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in US Shift (Night Shift)
• Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS tools

Preferred:

• Experience in IT/Staffing industry
• Immediate joiners preferred
