About the job

  • We are looking for a candidate who can help us expand our customer base and reach to the market. Our business is growing rapidly, and we would like someone to help us grow it further.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • You must have a strong marketing background or a willingness and interest in building a career in marketing, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
  • Do marketing campaign and follow up with our existing and new customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings.
  • Visit new customers in various locations across India and create business opportunities for us.
  • Use various digital marketing tools like Zoho Marketing Automation etc. for business expansion and generating new leads.
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
  • Lead and create the marketing strategy to expand our business
  • Work hand in hand with our CEO for business expansion.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration.
  • Good knowledge of using various digital marketing tools for expanding our business.
  • 0-1 years of experience in marketing.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Kannada a plus
  • Mechanical engineering background would be a plus.
