Job description

Position : Technical Writer

Work Location : Bangalore

#Immediate Joinee #Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Validate the test / demo examples in SDK.
  • Validate interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, and GPIO
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality teams to capture technical details and translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly documents.
  • Develop content for user guides, reference manuals, release notes, whitepapers, and API documentation.
  • Support documentation review cycles, incorporating stakeholder feedback and technical validations.
  • Contribute to knowledge bases, FAQs, and self-serve support content to enhance customer experience.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ECE, EEE) or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience as embedded test engineer or embedded engineer , preferably in IoT, or embedded systems domain; direct experience in embedded systems or software development environments is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Cellular IoT technologies and standards (LTE / 5G, NB-IoT, Cat-M, etc.) is desirable.

    Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of embedded systems concepts, microcontrollers, RTOS, hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.), and the software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like C and embedded firmware concepts.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics, datasheets, and software APIs.
  • Good understanding of the Hardware preferred.
  • Preferable if have the good knowledge on communication protocols like TCP,HTTP / S,MQTT / S,FTP
