Job descriptionDesign and execute Employee engagement initiatives to foster team bonding, recognition, and cultural alignment. Gather regular feedback on engagement and take data-driven actions for improvement. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Support performance appraisal cycles and probation reviews. Provide day-to-day HR support and act as a point of contact for employees . Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with functional heads. Design and implement learning roadmaps for different roles and levels. Curate, coordinate, and evaluate technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs. Track learning progress, measure ROI of training, and continuously improve programs. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of HR experience, with hands-on exposure to recruitment and engagement . Strong sourcing and networking skills; familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter. Creative and resourceful in designing employee engagement initiatives . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting .
- Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer roll-out & negotiations.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for niche and critical roles.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding & induction experience for new hires.
