Off Platform Product Development and Operations PD - Product Specialist will work on a variety of projects. It includes the following responsibilities :
Product Feature Support
- Manage the group s daily inflow of product requests and guide them to a meaningful and timely resolution.
- Communicate clear and detailed responses to requests while tying in references to supporting documentation.
Contribution to Product Design and Maintenance
Assist product owners in spec ing and designing data feed products that capture market share in the financial data investments space.Contribute to departmental product development projects.Critical Product Analysis
Identify recurring issues / requests and make recommendations for feature enhancements.Collection of metrics for product usage, issues reported time to first response, time to resolution, etcIdentify areas for improvement of Product SupportProduct Documentation and Education
Create and maintain support and troubleshooting documentation.Regularly share DS product best practices with stakeholdersProduct QA
Analysing and reviewing QA / QC requirements, continuous testing for security, APIs, and regression suites, and creating an automation strategyThese tasks are complemented by writing automated scripts, supporting data and environment configuration, participating in code reviews, and meticulous monitoring and reporting defects.These contributions are vital to our continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education : Undergraduate / masters degree in finance or information Systems
Required Skills :
Strong technical and business skills (including presentation and communication)
Basic understanding of the Global Investment Industry and Enterprise Data
Delivery solutions
Experience working in Unix / Linux environmentsKnowledge of Shell scripting / procedural programmingProfessional experience and competency in three or more of the following :
Log design and troubleshooting
Technical QA methodology
Programmatic APIs
Specification writing / technical documentation
FQL, Kibana, Jenkins and GitHub
Intermediate Python knowledge, R, Matlab
Testing using Postman and CI / CD tools like Jenkins
