Job descriptionDevelop custom code required during the development phase of the project using .NET Core, .NET Framework and C# Web API. Debug and Optimize existing C# codes with proper unit testing. Reproduce reported issues in test environments, examine logs, and use SQL queries to retrieve and interpret data relevant to issues / queries Develop MSSQL stored procs and views based on the custom logic.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client services, technical support, product operations, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Proficiency in reading and writing SQL queries for basic data validation and investigation.
- Experience analyzing application logs and debugging customer-reported issues.
- Strong understanding of Security Reference Master software product functionality, especially in enterprise environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable information for cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with issue tracking and support tools (e.g., Fogbugz, Azure devops, SVN).
