Summary Of The Role

As a Digital Solutions Analyst, you will be supporting the Digital Solutions application development team by bridging business needs and IT capabilities. The Digital Solutions Business Analyst will assist in gathering requirements, supporting project execution, and contributing to process improvements through digital tools. The role includes occasional travel to global manufacturing sites for face-to-face stakeholder engagements and process discovery.

About The Job

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand IT needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Support senior analysts and project managers in requirement gathering, documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Participate in feasibility studies and estimation efforts for new digital initiatives.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to simplify or improve business processes using digital solutions.
• Work closely with development and process teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Engage in on-site workshops and discovery sessions with global manufacturing teams.
