Job Title : Bench sales Recruiter

Shift : Night US Time Zone

Experience : 0-6 Months

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Work with bench consultants and market their profiles to job requirements from various job boards and vendors.
• Identify potential clients and vendors, and build long-term relationships.
• Submit consultants to suitable positions and follow up for interview schedules.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between consultants and clients / vendors.
• Maintain and update a database of consultants, vendors, and job requirements.
• Negotiate rates and terms with clients / vendors as needed.
• Ensure timely placement of consultants on new projects.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies in the IT sector.
