About the role :

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Senior Associate – Partnerships to help us identify, build, and scale meaningful partnerships that drive revenue, brand reach, and product innovation. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to unlock high-impact collaborations across ecosystems — from technology and channel partners to strategic alliances.

This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who understands how to find the right partners, negotiate value-aligned deals, and manage relationships that deliver long-term value.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and evaluate potential Partnership opportunities across industries and regions

Own the outreach, relationship-building, and onboarding processes for strategic partners

Negotiate partnership terms, co-marketing initiatives, and go-to-market (GTM) plans

Manage existing partnerships — ensuring joint success, renewals, and expansion opportunities

Maintain a structured Partner pipeline and track Partner performance metrics

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to launch co-branded campaigns and Partner-led growth initiatives

Work with Product / Tech teams to support integrations or co-development (if applicable)

Drive joint business planning, goal setting, and monthly reviews with key partners

Reporting & Strategy

Track KPIs such as partner-sourced leads, revenue impact, partner NPS, engagement metrics

Provide regular reporting to leadership on partnership performance and pipeline health

Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor alliances, and partnership best practices

Qualifications :

3–5 years of experience in driving Partnerships (Referral, Reseller, SIs, GSI, ISVs), Business Development, or Strategic Alliances - ideally in a SaaS / Tech / Startup environment

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Proven track record of driving measurable impact through Partnerships

Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Analytical mindset - comfortable with CRM / Analytics tools

Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and ownership.
