Job Opening : Retail Store Manager – Raipur (Chhattisgarh) | Vasundhra Raj Luxury Jewellery We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our new  premium retail outlet in Raipur, Chhattisgarh — an elegant  4,000 sq. ft. luxury jewellery store featuring an exclusive collection of gold, diamond, polki, and jadau masterpieces.

We are looking for an  experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead this iconic retail destination.

Position : Store Manager – Raipur (Chhattisgarh) Location for Immediate Joining & Training : Noida Headquarters

Probation Period : 3 Months

Joining : Immediate

Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a  team of 30+ sales professionals in a high-volume luxury retail environment.

Oversee  day-to-day store operations , sales performance, inventory management, and customer experience.

Ensure smooth coordination between departments for stock movement, billing, and showroom upkeep.

Maintain  high standards of visual merchandising and adherence to brand SOPs.

Drive sales and customer engagement through team motivation and service excellence.

Requirements : 5+ years of retail experience, with at least  2 years as a Store Manager in a large-format luxury or jewellery store.

Proven ability to handle  large teams and heavy inventory efficiently.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to  relocate to Noida immediately for pre-launch training.
