We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain complex Python applications

Lead backend architecture and technical design discussions

Build and optimize RESTful & microservices-based APIs

Ensure application scalability, performance, and security

Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and frontend teams

Integrate third-party APIs and external services

Handle production issues, debugging, and root cause analysis

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
