  • Expertise in Standard configuration as well as Schemas & PCRs
  • Standard Reporting
  • Knowledge of SAP Standard Integration Approach
  • Basic knowledge of WD
  • Good to have Skill :

  • SAP HCM PA. OM.
  • Payroll USA, India.
  • Country Specific Legal reporting
  • Experience of Workday and / Or Knowledge of any other 3rd Party Cloud Tool Integration
  • Experience of working in an Integrated Environment where in SAP HCM is integrated to multiple different Tools
  • Job Description Summary :

  • Total 8-10 Years of Experience in SAP HCM (PA. OM, Time Management & Payroll USA).
  • Workday Knowledge.
  • Expertise in Standard configuration as well as Schemas & PCRs.
  • Experience of working in Integrated Landscape (3rd Party Integration with other inhouse and cloud tools) and experience of working with Technical Team is an added advantage.
  • Works largely independently within defined projects / work streams and is checked on end results.
  • Has an executional role in design and development projects or acts as an expert tester who designs test scripts and provides overall project guidance and planning support.

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain schemas, PCRs, and reports to meet payroll and time management needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth integration with third-party and cloud tools like Workday.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Support end-to-end testing activities, including the preparation of test scripts, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM processes post-implementation.
  • Maintain compliance with country-specific payroll and legal reporting requirements.
  • Participate in project planning, status reporting, and documentation to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Offer functional guidance and training to junior consultants and end-users as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to SAP HCM solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and best practices during all phases of the project lifecycle.
