Agentic AI Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Agentic AI Developer to help us design, build, and deploy intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making, tool usage, and multi-step task execution. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI and experienced in working with large language models and agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK
• Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and databases
• Develop workflows for autonomous task execution and error handling
• Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and memory management
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals
• Monitor and maintain deployed agents in production environments

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini)
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools
• Good Knowlege in Agentic AI
• Experience with API integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Understanding of autonomous systems, decision trees, and reinforcement learning (a plus)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in machine learning or NLP research
• Contributions to open-source AI projects
