Job description

Hiring : Field Sales Associate (Medical Devices) – Chennai

Cre-AID Labs is expanding the reach of MITHRIL Splints , an innovative hand rehabilitation solution. We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Associate to grow our presence across clinics and hospitals in Chennai.

Location : Chennai

Responsibilities

  • Drive on-ground sales through clinic and hospital visits
  • Conduct product demos and support patient fittings
  • Build strong relationships with therapists and clinicians
  • Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM reports
  • Share field insights to support growth and service excellence

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in medical device sales
  • Graduation in Health Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biomedical Engineering, or related background
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with regular field travel

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
  • Quarterly performance-based incentives
  • Daily travel allowance
