Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly dynamic and versatile professional to serve as Principal Consultant to the CEO. This role acts as a shadow resource to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination across business functions including Bidding, HR, Finance, Service Delivery, Marketing, and Client / Government Relations. The Principal Consultant will act as an extension of the CEO’s office, driving strategic initiatives, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Support to CEO
- Act as the CEO’s trusted advisor and representative in internal and external meetings.
- Prepare presentations, briefing notes, reports, and analysis for decision-making.
- Track progress on CEO’s priorities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Business Development & Bidding
Oversee bid management and proposal development for government and private clients.Liaise with clients, partners, and government officers to strengthen relationships.HR & Administration
Coordinate with HR on workforce planning, hiring, performance management, and compliance.Ensure smooth communication between departments and CEO’s office.Finance Oversight
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and project costs.Support CEO in investment, procurement, and contract approvals.Service Delivery Coordination
Work with delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.Escalate challenges and align execution with strategic goals.External Representation & Marketing
Represent the CEO in client meetings, industry forums, and government interactions.Assist in branding, corporate communications, and marketing initiatives.Qualifications & Skills :
BTech / MTech / in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.7–12 years of cross-functional experience (Strategy, Operations, BD, HR, Finance).Strong understanding of government Tendering , Marketing and Client handling.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Highly organized, analytical, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Ability to operate with confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.Reporting To : CEO
