Job description8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation. Strong knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Chef. Strong communication and evaluation skills. Prior experience conducting interviews or technical mentoring is a plus. Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes Exposure to observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) Experience with agile DevOps practices in high-availability environments
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct remote technical interviews for DevOps Engineer candidates.
- Evaluate expertise in CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native practices.
- Assess scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Analyze candidates' problem-solving approach in real-world DevOps scenarios.
- Provide objective interview feedback and scoring.
- Ensure fairness and consistency across interview evaluations.
