Own end-to-end sales cycle for FLYGHT Services – from lead generation, qualification, POC / demo setup, to deal closure and onboarding
Build relationships with key stakeholders in State Police, Municipal Corporations, SEZs, Expressway Authorities, PSUs, and large private industrial clients
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet assigned revenue targets
Collaborate with partner ecosystem and internal operations to deliver seamless POC / pilot programs and customer onboarding
Draft techno-commercial proposals, SLAs, and pricing models suited to customer need and policy frameworks
Maintain high CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and closure reporting
Provide field feedback to Product and Operations for service optimization and new use-case development
Represent ideaForge at key government, smart city, drone policy, and industry events in the region
Key Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field. MBA is a plus.
Experience :
7–10 years of B2G / B2B field sales experience in South India
Proven success in selling services / technology solutions to government departments (Police, Urban Development, Transport, etc.) or industrial clients
Familiarity with RFP-driven sales cycles, public procurement processes (GEM, CPPP, GFR norms), and Drone as a Service or AMC-style models is highly preferred
Past exposure to smart city, GIS / mapping, IoT / surveillance, or security technology solutions is a strong advantage
Experience in XaaS, DaaS, and SaaS models.
