Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our international customer service team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for resolving queries from global clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Include responsibility for providing technical troubleshooting over the phone for Intermedia customers globally
- Specify handling of basic technical assistance calls related to telecom, VoIP, networking and communications
- Add the following under required competencies :
- Basic networking knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of computers (software and hardware)
Technical Skills :
Computer knowledge : Intermediate or advance knowledge of computer Hardware and SoftwareOperating Systems : Intermediate knowledge of computer OS both Windows and Mac and Mobile OS Android and iOSNetworking : Intermediate knowledge of networkingKey Requirements :
