Must-Have Skills Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) – preferably Delmia Apriso. Strong knowledge of SQL, .NET, Java. Experience in Manufacturing IT applications and Supply Chain Operations. Preferred Skills ~5+ years in requirements gathering, architecture, and process detailing. ~ Hands-on experience in MES implementation (Delmia Apriso suite). ~ Integration with ERP, PLM, and shop floor systems. ~ Knowledge of software development lifecycle, database concepts, and integration design. ~ Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. ~ Willingness to travel for consulting engagements. Key Responsibilities Architect & Enhance MES Solutions : Understand Delmia Apriso architecture and contribute to design and enhancements. Managed Services Support : Handle APRISO support tickets / incidents as per SLA in coordination with offshore teams. Root Cause Analysis & Optimization : Solve recurring issues and suggest process improvements. Process Assessment & Consulting : Identify improvement areas and recommend technology solutions.
