Lead Product Designer – Product & Interaction Design

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to deliver user-centered digital experiences that drive adoption and engagement. You'll combine design leadership with execution, ensuring that every flow is smooth, accessible, and visually compelling.

This role will have you working on cross-platform consumer products, collaborating with a diverse set of teams, and shaping a design system that supports long-term product growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user experience design for core product features.
• Partner with product and engineering to define requirements.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
• Conduct usability studies and refine designs accordingly.
• Ensure design consistency via shared systems and guidelines.
• Mentor designers and raise the bar for design craft.
• Communicate design vision clearly across stakeholders.
