Position Summary :

The Senior Psychologist will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality psychological services and advancing mental health programs within the organization. This role involves conducting psychological assessments, providing therapy, supervising junior psychologists, and contributing to research and program development. The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to ethical practice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Clinical Services : Provide individual and group therapy, psychological assessments, and interventions for a diverse clientele.
• Supervision & Training : Supervise and mentor junior psychologists, interns, and other mental health professionals, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

• Research & Evaluation : Lead or contribute to research projects, program evaluations, and the development of evidence-based practices.
