Job description

Are you passionate about building powerful brand partnerships, driving sponsorship revenue, and creating high-impact collaborations? UNIV is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Sponsorship Manager to spearhead our partnership initiatives across esports, sports-tech, youth programs, and large-scale events.

Experience : 2–3 years in sponsorship sales, business development, or brand partnerships. Experience in Esports, Sports, Entertainment, Youth Events, or Marketing Agencies preferred

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sponsorship Acquisition & Outreach

Identify, pitch, and onboard potential brand partners for events, championships, and campaigns

2. Proposal Development

Create compelling, customised sponsorship proposals tailored to client objectives

3. Relationship Management

Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and decision-makers

4. Revenue Growth & Strategy

Achieve monthly / quarterly sponsorship targets through strategic planning. Explore cross-collaboration opportunities and multi-event partnerships across states.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong industry network across sports, esports, events, marketing, or corporate partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to position sponsorships as ROI-focused brand opportunities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
