Job Description : Required Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in AWS Lambda

Experience with Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex

Strong knowledge of Service Cloud Voice (SVC)

Solution architecture experience for AWS-based voice / contact center solutions

Ability to work with business analysts and developers to design scalable solutions

Jira backlog ownership and technical leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Own the solution architecture for the contact centre transformation project

Define and implement technical strategy involving AWS and Service Cloud Voice

Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers

Ensure best practices, code quality, and seamless AWS integration

Support deployment and stabilization phases
