Industry : Building materials / Construction / Fibre glass industry {preferred but no compulsion}

• Software : Auto CAD – 2D, Any software of could be Sketchup 3D ;

Rhino

Education : B.E. – Civil / Only architect candidates from a civil background can apply for this position.

Managing team of 13 designers

Job Description :

1. Creating a design outline and coordinating with the clients to ensure it aligns with their expectations

2. Reviewing the design with the clients, incorporating their feedbacks and assessing the designs and to ensure that it meets with project goals and objectives

3. Oversees multiple projects and ensure their timely completion and within the set budget while meeting the highest quality standards. This requires effective project scoping, resource allocation and budgeting

4. Communicating the design outline to the team, preparing project deliverables, setting timelines and delegating tasks

5. The ability to think creatively, propose innovative design ideas for different tasks

6. Prioritizing tasks by identifying ones that are critical or have strict deadlines

7. Delegating task effectively amongst team members

8. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials

9. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including sales, product development and operations

10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

11. Working with the team to brainstorm creative ideas using different techniques of mind mapping and to visualize different stages of the project.
