Experience : More than 7 years in Pharmaceutical API or related manufacturing

• Education : Degree in Engineering or related field required;

Master’s degree in Operations, Engineering Management, or Maintenance Management is optional

The Role

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance and reliable operation of all plant utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, and equipment across the pharmaceutical facility. This role includes preventive and breakdown maintenance, project execution, equipment qualification, and compliance with GMP and safety regulations. The Maintenance Manager leads a cross-functional team to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and minimal downtime of all critical systems.
