About the Role :

We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Personal Assistant cum Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support to the Managing Director. This role combines professional communication, coordination, and office management responsibilities on the Business Head floor of our corporate office.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage front desk operations — greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for the Managing Director.
  • Handle basic correspondence, email communication, and documentation support.
  • Maintain meeting calendars, prepare minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist with visitor management, conference room bookings, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs of the Business Head floor.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and workflow.

Desired Profile :

  • Graduate in any discipline; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, or candidates resuming work after a career break are encouraged to apply.
