BE / B.Tech Chemicals for QA / QC Technician-Apprentice Trainee

Responsibilities : -

• Control of non-conforming products & corrective / preventive actions.
• Monitoring and process control of specific operations.
• Maintenance of quality records.
• Adherence to EMS requirements. Refer NZIN EMS Guiding Document.
• Adherence to Quality and EHS documents like Standard Operating procedures, Equipment Operating procedure, Operational control procedures, Annexure and Basis direction.
• Adherence to product specifications.
• Traceability from finished product to raw materials.
• Maintenance of Production equipment in coordination with Maintenance Department.
• In-process product sampling, packing, inspection, and storage
• Monitoring of process efficiencies.
• Entering data in Quality records.
• Ensure compliance with all standards requirements.
