Ability to analyze academic data and implement effective support strategies. Proficiency in using educational software and MIS tools. Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred. Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred. Tamil speaking is mandatory. Must be willing to relocate to Coimbatore and stay with students in the hostel. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Efficient in data management and record keeping. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain positive, supportive relationships with students, providing both academic and personal guidance.
- Monitor academic performance, identify areas for improvement, and plan targeted interventions.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents / guardians regarding student progress.
- Maintain accurate student data using educational software and MIS systems.
- Coordinate with teachers and counselors to develop individualized academic plans.
