Role Overview :

We are looking for academically strong and forward-thinking faculty who can integrate technology-enabled learning into management education and contribute to a dynamic, outcome-focused academic environment

Key Responsibilities :

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses using contemporary, learner-centric pedagogy .
• Deliver and design tech-oriented courses in the domain (e.G., HR Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence Tools, Digital Strategy, AI Applications in Business).
• Develop academic content, case studies, experiential and project-based learning modules.
• Actively engage in research, publications, and knowledge dissemination.
• Mentor students for academic progression, internships, and career development.
• Contribute to institutional initiatives, accreditation, and industry-academic collaborations.
