About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resource operations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, offering a strong foundation to build a successful career in HR.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Assist in HR documentation and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and team activities.
- Support attendance, joining formalities, and other daily operational HR tasks.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of processes.
