About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused

Automation Lead

to head our professional services automation team. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of automation scripts for enterprise clients, managing a team of automation script developers, and ensuring successful delivery of automation solutions across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Delivery

Lead a team of automation engineers / scripters to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Own end-to-end delivery of automation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for automation-related engagements.

Automation Development

Design and develop reusable, modular, and scalable automation scripts using no-code / low-code platforms or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.).

Integrate automation flows with CI / CD pipelines, test orchestration platforms, and third-party systems (e.g., OTP flows, protected screens, fallback logic).

Maintain and enhance script repositories, ensuring version control and documentation.

Client Engagement

Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for client teams.

Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Process & Quality

Define and enforce best practices for script development, testing, and deployment.

Monitor automation performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.

Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and information security standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

5–8 years of experience in automation scripting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or client-facing role.

Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Mozark Automation Studio, or similar).

Experience with test orchestration platforms and device farms.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with BFSI, Fintech, or OTT clients is a plus.
