Job description

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 CE Development

Configure, design, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).
Develop CRM components including plugins, workflows, business rules, custom entities, forms, views, dashboards , and Power Automate flows .
Implement CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and CRM SDK.

Power Platform

Build and enhance Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven) .

Develop and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation.

Use Data verse for data modeling and integration.

Azure & Integration

Integrate D365 CE with external systems using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, API Services, Webhooks, REST APIs .

Work on Azure-based deployments, authentication, and identity management.

System Enhancements & Support

Troubleshoot CRM issues and perform root cause analysis.

Optimize D365 CE performance and ensure best practices.

Support upgrades, deployments, and release management.

Skills Required
