Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR & Operation Lead, based in Jaipur. The responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing human resource policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive company culture. The HR & Operation Lead will also manage operational processes, optimize workflows, and coordinate cross-departmental activities to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in HR Management, Recruitment & Onboarding.
Proficiency in Operations Management and Workflow Optimization.
Sound understanding of labor laws, compliance, and policy formulation.
Excellent communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with HR software and operational tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in HR and operations roles is preferred.
