Job Title : Accounts Executive (Export experience for goods is must)

Salary : 30 to 35k

Job Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the company’s financial records, statutory compliances, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and government filings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure all financial records are updated on time.
• Handle export documentation including invoices, shipping bills, and bank-related documentation.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS filings, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Process and manage monthly salary calculations and payroll-related compliance.
• Generate MIS reports to support management with accurate financial insights.
• Reconcile accounts, manage payables and receivables, and assist in periodic audits.
• (Optional) Manage and maintain accounting data using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
