RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is currently searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Genesys QA / Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our Genesys-based contact center solutions.

Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing Genesys platforms, including Genesys Cloud (PureCloud), Genesys Engage (on-prem or cloud), IVR workflows, call routing, and integrations with CRM or third-party systems

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Genesys applications and integrations.
  • Perform functional, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing of Genesys contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud CX, Engage).
  • Validate IVR call flows, routing logic, chat, email, and other omnichannel communication features.
  • Work closely with developers, Genesys architects, product managers, and business analysts to ensure full coverage of system behavior.
  • Support performance testing for call loads and agent concurrency.
  • Validate reporting (Genesys reporting tools, BI dashboards) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous QA process improvements.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in QA / testing roles, with at least 1 year of Genesys platform testing.
  • Hands-on experience with testing Genesys Cloud CX, Genesys Engage, or PureConnect.
  • Understanding of contact center concepts such as IVR, call routing, queues, agent desktops, and CTI integrations.
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman, JIRA, Confluence, and Selenium (optional).
  • Basic knowledge of API testing, SIP / VoIP protocols, or telephony environments.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
