About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior SDET to join our Quality Engineering team. This role is ideal for a technically strong individual with deep experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks, testing highly dynamic products, and simulating real-world customer use cases in fast-changing environments.

Youll work on validating cutting-edge technologies, especially in Machine Learning and Generative AI-powered platforms, ensuring continuous product quality in a world of rapid upgrades and continuous delivery. This is a role for someone who thrives in highly technical environments and has a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build, extend, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks (UI, API, Integration).
• Hands-on expertise with tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar modern frameworks.
• Contribute to automation for customer use-case scenarios and CS-reported defects.
• Ensure automation coverage keeps pace with rapid product changes, upgrades, and new customer workflows.
• Act as a quality championleading testing efforts for assigned features and advocating best practices.
• Review engineering stories, assess test impact, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Implement TDD, ATDD practices and use code quality tools to raise overall code health.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand the customers point of view.
• Communicate and work closely with Developers, DevOps, and other QA engineers.
• Provide constructive feedback on product documentation and usability.
• Quickly gain deep understanding of the solution domain, especially ML workflows and AI model pipelines.
• Analyze customer-reported defects and design preventive testing strategies.
• Provide input into ML and Gen AI testing where applicable.
• Troubleshoot issues in builds, deployments, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Own and perform release regression, performance testing, and installer configuration validation.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing artifacts to avoid cross-team dependency delays.
• Share knowledge with team members and help upskill junior engineers.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in tools, processes, and team capabilities.
